For home sales up to $850,000, Jeff simply charges a flat fee of $8,500, while still providing the exact same level of service he would provide if he was being paid the typical high commissions that are commonly charged by other listing agents.  For home sales above $850,000, Jeff only charges 1% of the sales price.  This can save you thousands of dollars!
