There are no gimmicks, no surprises, and there is no compromise in the level of service I provide for a low fee. Don’t let those high-commission agents tell you otherwise. If you want to save money when selling your home, with my flat fee or low 1% commission rate, you will still receive the SAME FULL SERVICE I provided sellers as a full-priced regular agent, prior to becoming a broker.
My low-cost services have saved home sellers thousands on real estate commissions!

Traditional real estate brokerages don’t typically allow their agents to charge a low flat fee or 1% commission when listing a home for sale.
I am Jeff Banks – I am a Broker-Associate with Arrive.
Either myself or one of my fellow Arrive agents/ brokers will handle the sale of your home for the low flat fee of $8,500 on the listing side for purchase prices up to $850,000 or 1% on the listing side for purchase prices over $850,000. The savings can be substantial as you can see in the charts above. You pay no commissions upfront – agent commissions are paid only after close of escrow. Please note that commissions are negotiable.
The low flat / 1% on the listing side applies only to standard sales – sorry, no short sales or foreclosures. Sellers may also be asked to pay buyer agent compensation.
